Ivan Reimer is the General Manager of D7. Focusing on Business Development, overseeing the Estimating department and the day-to-day Operations of the organization. Starting his career in the exterior cladding industry, earning experience from boots on the ground, to management and ownership roles. Ivan continues to build on that experience as he integrates each of the organizations departments, creating alignment in the organizations mission.

Colton Osiowy began as a Foreman at D7 and through excellent leadership and project success, was promoted into a Project Manager position focusing on our Commercial projects. Colton brings to D7 experience in multiple different trade scopes, enabling him to see the moving parts of a project from multiple angles. Colton demonstrates a genuine care for people and a great attention to detail through all stages of our projects.

Jesse Goertzen started his construction career in the exterior cladding industry, joining D7 as a Foreman and was promoted into a Project Manager position coordinating our Residential projects. Through Jesse's experience he demonstrates loyalty and operates with an extremely high standard of quality control and training, building long term relationships with our staff and clients.

Dylan Martens is the Commercial Estimator at D7. Focusing his efforts on large scale Multi-family and Commercial projects, providing prompt and clear communication through the bidding process. Dylan brings several years of experience from other trade scopes and owner/operator roles that contribute to project success through our preconstruction phase. Dylan has adopted our philosophy of continuous improvement, continually growing in product knowledge and personal development to serve our team and are clients.

Chelsea prides herself on providing an array of product knowledge based on the latest exterior building trends and consistently demonstrates passion for her work.
